A Little Place to Grows Staffing Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
*A criminal records check is completed for every staff member.
The State of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services requires the following trainings for all childcare staff members :
-Community First Aid
-Communicable Disease Awareness
Recognition of Child Abuse
Infant/child and adult CPR
These trainings are updated on a regular basis.
In addition to the above trainings 15 hours of general in-service training is required per year.
